• 2) No Control Over Third-Party Platforms: Webmakesite does not own, manage, or control third-party platforms. Therefore, we are not responsible for:
• Policy or algorithm changes
• Feature updates or removals
• Account suspension, ad rejection, or penalties
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or data loss

All such platforms operate under their own terms and conditions.

• 3) Third-Party Costs: Fees related to third-party tools such as ad spend, hosting, domains, plugins, software licenses, AI tools, or paid platforms are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

Such costs must be paid separately by the client. Webmakesite is not responsible for refunds or disputes related to third-party payments.

• 4) Data & Privacy: Client data shared on third-party platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. Webmakesite will take reasonable steps to protect client data but shall not be liable for breaches or misuse caused by third-party platforms.
• 5) Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to:
• Comply with the terms, policies, and guidelines of all third-party platforms
• Maintain accurate account details and permissions
• Understand that violations of platform policies may result in penalties or suspension
• 6) No Guarantee of Performance: Webmakesite does not guarantee performance, reach, rankings, or results delivered through third-party tools, as outcomes depend on platform behavior and external factors.
• 7) Limitation of Liability: Webmakesite shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or business impact caused by third-party tools, services, platforms, or providers.
• 8) Policy Updates: Webmakesite reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The updated version will be effective once published on the website or shared officially.
• Acceptance: By availing Webmakesite’s services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Third-Party Tools & Services Policy.
