• 1) Timely Information & Content: The client must provide all required information, content, logos, images, videos, brand guidelines, and approvals in a timely manner. Any delay in sharing inputs may affect project timelines and campaign performance.
• 2)Accuracy of Information: The client is fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of all content, data, and materials provided to Webmakesite. Webmakesite will not be responsible for incorrect, misleading, or false information shared by the client.
• 3) Approvals & Feedback: The client must review and approve creatives, ads, posts, videos, websites, or campaigns within the given time frame. Delayed approvals or feedback may result in delayed posting, ads, or project delivery.
• 4) Account Access & Credentials: For services like social media marketing, website management, SEO, paid ads, or analytics, the client must provide correct login credentials or admin access when required. Webmakesite will not be responsible for delays caused due to lack of access.
• 5) Payment Obligations:The client must make payments strictly as per the agreed quotation, invoice, or payment terms. Delay in payment may lead to service pause, account suspension, or project hold without prior notice.
• 6) Platform Policies Compliance:The client agrees to follow all policies of third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc. Webmakesite is not responsible for account bans, ad rejections, or suspensions due to policy violations by the client.
• 7) Marketing Results Disclaimer:Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors such as market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, audience behavior, and budget. The client understands that Webmakesite does not guarantee specific leads, sales, followers, rankings, or revenue.
• 8)Legal & Compliance Responsibility:The client is solely responsible for ensuring that their business, products, services, ads, and content comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Webmakesite will not be liable for any legal issues arising from the client’s business.
• 9)Change Requests: Any change in scope, strategy, design, content, or campaign after approval may be treated as additional work and may involve extra cost and time, subject to mutual agreement.
• 10) Communication Responsibility: The client must maintain clear and professional communication with the Webmakesite team. Miscommunication or lack of response may impact service quality and timelines.
