Webmakesite - Intellectual Property Policy

    At Webmakesite, we respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our clients. This Intellectual Property Policy defines the ownership and usage rights of all work created during the course of our digital marketing services.

  • 1) Ownership of Client Materials: All materials provided by the client, including but not limited to logos, brand names, trademarks, images, videos, content, documents, and business information, shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client.
    The client confirms that they have the legal right to use and share such materials with Webmakesite.
  • 2) Ownership of Work Created by Webmakesite: Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
  • All designs, creatives, graphics, videos, content, websites, ad copies, marketing strategies, and digital assets created by Webmakesite remain the intellectual property of Webmakesite until full and final payment is received.
  • Upon complete payment, the client will receive the rights to use the final approved deliverables for their business purposes only.
  • 3)Restricted Usage: The client is not permitted to:
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or modify Webmakesite’s work for commercial use without written permission
  • Claim authorship or ownership of raw files, concepts, source code, templates, or unapproved drafts
  • Use any work for illegal, misleading, or unethical purposes
  • 4) Third-Party Content & Tools: Webmakesite may use third-party tools, stock images, fonts, plugins, music, or software where required.
    Ownership and licensing of such third-party materials will be governed by their respective license terms. Any paid third-party license cost must be borne by the client unless stated otherwise.
  • 5) Portfolio & Promotional Rights:Webmakesite reserves the right to:
  • Display completed work, logos, creatives, websites, and campaign samples in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials for promotional purposes
  • Mention the client’s business name as a part of its client list
  • 6) Infringement Responsibility:The client agrees that:
  • Webmakesite shall not be held responsible for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or legal dispute arising from client-provided content
  • The client will fully indemnify Webmakesite against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from misuse of intellectual property
  • 7) Termination & Non-Payment:In case of service termination or non-payment:
  • The client will not have any rights to use unfinished, unpaid, or draft work
  • Webmakesite reserves the right to remove access to digital assets, websites, or creatives until dues are cleared
  • 8) Final Authority:Webmakesite reserves the right to update or modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply.
  • Acceptance

    By using Webmakesite’s services, approving deliverables, or making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Intellectual Property Policy.
