    At Webmakesite, we understand that business requirements may evolve over time. This Service Modification Policy explains how changes, updates, or modifications to services are handled.

  • 1. Scope of Modification
  • Service modification refers to any change in:

    • Services or deliverables
    • Design, content, strategy, or features
    • Posting schedules, platforms, or campaign structures
    • Project timelines or service duration

    Only modification requests submitted in writing (email or official communication) will be considered.

  • 2. Included Modifications
    • Minor modifications or revisions are included as per the selected service package.
    • Requests must be made within the active service period.
    • Modifications will be completed within a reasonable timeframe based on complexity and workload.
  • 3. Out-of-Scope Modifications
  • Any request beyond the originally agreed Scope of Work (SOW) will be treated as additional work, including but not limited to:

    • New services or platforms
    • Major design or strategy changes after approval
    • Additional pages, creatives, videos, or campaigns

    Additional charges and revised timelines may apply, subject to client approval.

  • 4. Approval & Charges
    • All major modifications will be discussed and approved before execution.
    • Webmakesite reserves the right to revise pricing and timelines for modified services.
    • Work will begin only after approval and payment (if applicable).
  • 5. Impact on Timelines
    • Approved modifications may affect delivery timelines.
    • Webmakesite will not be responsible for delays caused by frequent or late modification requests.
  • 6. Platform & Policy-Based Changes
  • Webmakesite may modify or adjust services without prior notice if required due to:

    • Changes in third-party platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.)
    • Algorithm updates or technical limitations
    • Legal or compliance requirements

    Such changes will be made in the best interest of service continuity.

  • 7. No Retroactive Modifications
    • Modifications cannot be applied to already completed, approved, or delivered work.
    • Previously delivered services cannot be reversed, replaced, or refunded.
  • 8. Right to Refuse Modification
  • Webmakesite reserves the right to refuse any modification request that:

    • Is technically not feasible
    • Violates platform policies or applicable laws
    • Is unethical, misleading, or harmful
  • Acceptance
  • By using Webmakesite’s services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Modification Policy.
