Webmakesite - Force Majeure Clause

Webmakesite shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, or interruption in the performance of its services if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”).

Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:

    • Natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, or pandemics
    • Acts of God, war, riots, civil unrest, strikes, or labor disputes
    • Government actions, lockdowns, regulations, or restrictions
    • Power failures, internet outages, server downtime, or technical failures
    • Cyber-attacks, hacking, or failures of third-party platforms or tools
    • Any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Webmakesite

During the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event:

    • Service timelines may be extended without penalty
    • Webmakesite will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable
    • The client shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or damages for delays or non-performance caused by such events

If a Force Majeure Event continues for an extended period and makes service delivery impractical, either party may terminate the agreement by written notice. In such cases, payments already made shall remain non-refundable for services already rendered.

    Optional Short Version (Compact Use)

Webmakesite shall not be liable for delays or failure in service delivery due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or third-party platform issues.
