Webmakesite - Payment Policy

At Webmakesite, we follow a clear and transparent payment structure to ensure smooth delivery of our digital marketing services. By availing our services, the client agrees to the following payment terms:

• 1)Advance Payment:
• An advance payment is mandatory before the start of any service or project.
• Work will commence only after the advance payment is received and confirmed.
• The advance amount will be as mentioned in the approved quotation or invoice.
• 2) Payment Terms:
• Payments must be made strictly as per the agreed quotation, proposal, or invoice.
• For monthly or recurring services (such as social media marketing, SEO, ads management), payment must be cleared in advance for each billing cycle.
• For one-time services (such as website development, branding, or software), full or milestone-based payment terms will apply as agreed.
• 3) Mode of Payment:Payments can be made through:
• Bank Transfer / UPI
• Online Payment Gateway
• Cash (where applicable)
• 4) Non-Refundable Policy:
• All payments made to Webmakesite are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for completed work, ongoing services, or partially utilized services under any circumstances.
• 5) Late or Delayed Payments:
• Delay in payment may result in temporary suspension or stoppage of services without prior notice.
• Webmakesite will not be responsible for any performance loss, ranking drop, ad stoppage, or delay caused due to late payment.
• Services will resume only after full outstanding payment is cleared.
• 6) Additional Work & Charges:
• Any work or requirement outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work.
• Additional charges will be informed and executed only after client approval.
• 7) Taxes:
• All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per government rules unless mentioned otherwise.
• The client is responsible for any tax liabilities related to the services.
• 8) Third-Party Costs:
• Costs related to third-party services such as ad spend, domain, hosting, tools, software, plugins, or platform fees are not included unless clearly mentioned.
• These costs must be paid separately by the client.
• 9) Price Validity:
• Quotation prices are valid for a limited period only.
• Webmakesite reserves the right to revise pricing if there is a delay, change in scope, or renewal of services.
• 10)Service Termination Due to Non-Payment:
• Webmakesite reserves the right to terminate services in case of continuous non-payment.
• All pending dues must be cleared immediately upon termination.

Final Acceptance

By confirming services, approving the quotation, or making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy.
