Webmakesite - Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality Policy

    At Webmakesite, we value and respect the confidentiality of our clients’ information. This Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality Policy explains how confidential information is handled during and after the provision of our digital marketing services.

    1. Confidential Information

    “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

    • Business details, strategies, and plans
    • Login credentials, passwords, API keys, and access data
    • Client databases, customer details, and contact information
    • Marketing plans, ad accounts, reports, analytics, and performance data
    • Pricing, quotations, agreements, and financial information

    2. Use of Confidential Information

    Webmakesite agrees to use the client’s confidential information only for the purpose of providing agreed digital marketing services.

    Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s written consent, except where required for service execution (such as third-party tools or platforms).

    3. Client Responsibilities

    • The client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information, strategies, pricing, processes, or materials shared by Webmakesite.
    • The client shall not share, copy, or misuse Webmakesite’s internal methods, strategies, or documents without written permission.

    4. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

    Webmakesite may use third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, hosting providers, or marketing tools.

    Confidentiality of data on such platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies. Webmakesite shall not be responsible for breaches caused by third-party platforms beyond its control.

    5. Data Protection & Security

    Webmakesite takes reasonable measures to protect client data and confidential information.

    However, Webmakesite shall not be liable for data loss or breach caused by cyber attacks, technical failures, or third-party systems.

    6. Exceptions

    Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

    • Is already publicly available
    • Is lawfully obtained from a third party
    • Is required to be disclosed by law, court order, or government authority

    7. Termination & Survival

    This confidentiality obligation remains valid even after service completion or termination.

    Upon request, Webmakesite will return or delete confidential client data, except where retention is required by law or for internal records.

    8. Breach of Confidentiality

    Any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information may result in termination of services and legal action as per applicable laws.

    Acceptance

    By using Webmakesite’s services, approving agreements, or sharing confidential information, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Disclosure / Confidentiality Policy.
