This Governing Law & Jurisdiction Policy applies to all services, agreements, proposals, quotations, and transactions entered into with Webmakesite, a Digital Marketing Agency providing digital marketing and related services.

• 1)Governing Law: All agreements, policies, services, and transactions between Webmakesite and the client shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• 2)Jurisdiction:Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or related to Webmakesite’s services, agreements, or policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
• 3)Dispute Resolution:
• The parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through mutual discussion.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
• 4)Client Consent: By availing Webmakesite’s services, approving quotations, signing agreements, or making payments, the client expressly agrees to this Governing Law & Jurisdiction Policy.

• Service Agreements / SOW
• Payment Policies
• Disclaimers
• Intellectual Property Policies
• Confidentiality / NDA
• Termination & Amendment Policies
• Any other legal or commercial documents issued by Webmakesite

Final Acceptance

The client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted that all legal matters related to Webmakesite shall be governed by Indian law and resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
