Webmakesite - Amendment Policy

At Webmakesite, we reserve the right to update, modify, or amend our policies, terms, and service conditions to ensure compliance with business, legal, and operational requirements. This Amendment Policy explains how such changes are handled.

1. Right to Amend

Webmakesite reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace any part of:

• Service Agreement / Scope of Work (SOW)
• Payment Policy
• Disclaimer
• Intellectual Property Policy
• Confidentiality / NDA
• Service Delivery Policy
• Termination Policy
• Limitation of Liability
• Any other policy or agreement

Such amendments may be made at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law.

2. Applicability of Amendments

Amendments will be effective immediately upon being updated on Webmakesite’s website, agreement, or official communication.

The latest version of the policy shall supersede all previous versions.

Continued use of Webmakesite’s services after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Client-Specific Amendments

Any amendment specific to a particular client or project, such as scope change, pricing change, or timeline modification, must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Such amendments may be documented through email confirmation, revised quotation, or an addendum to the existing agreement.

4. No Retroactive Effect

Amendments will not affect services already completed or payments already made, unless mutually agreed in writing.

Ongoing or future services may be governed by the amended terms.

5. Responsibility to Review

It is the client’s responsibility to review Webmakesite’s policies periodically.

Webmakesite shall not be liable for any misunderstanding arising from the client’s failure to review updated policies.

6. Governing Law

This Amendment Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.

Acceptance

By continuing to use Webmakesite’s services, approving quotations, or making payments, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Amendment Policy, including any future modifications.
