Webmakesite - Termination Policy

    At Webmakesite, we aim to maintain transparent and professional relationships with our clients. This Termination Policy explains the conditions under which services may be terminated by either party.

    1. Termination by Client

    The client may request termination of services by providing written notice via email or official communication.

    Termination will be effective from the date mentioned in the notice or as mutually agreed.

    Any work completed or in progress up to the termination date will be chargeable.

    No refunds will be provided for completed, ongoing, or partially delivered services.

    2. Termination by Webmakesite

    Webmakesite reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if:

    • Payments are delayed or not received as per the agreed payment terms
    • The client fails to provide required information, approvals, or access
    • The client violates agreed terms, policies, or engages in unethical or illegal activities
    • The client misuses Webmakesite’s intellectual property or confidential information

    In such cases, all outstanding dues must be cleared immediately.

    3. Termination Due to Non-Payment

    If payment is not received within the agreed timeline, Webmakesite may pause or terminate services without prior notice.

    Webmakesite will not be responsible for any loss, delay, or performance issues caused due to service suspension or termination for non-payment.

    4. Effect of Termination

    Upon termination:

    • The client will lose access to unpaid or incomplete work
    • Webmakesite is not obligated to hand over drafts, raw files, source code, or unapproved materials
    • Any licenses, access, or services provided will stand withdrawn unless fully paid

    5. No Refund Policy

    All payments made to Webmakesite are non-refundable.

    Termination does not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.

    6. Survival of Clauses

    The following clauses shall survive termination:

    • Payment obligations
    • Intellectual Property Rights
    • Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure
    • Limitation of Liability
    • Governing Law

    7. Governing Law

    This Termination Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.

    Acceptance

    By availing Webmakesite’s services, approving agreements, or making payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Termination Policy.
