Webmakesite - Client Approval & Revision Policy

At Webmakesite, client approval and timely feedback are essential for smooth service delivery. This Client Approval & Revision Policy explains how approvals and revisions are handled for our digital marketing services.

  • 1. Approval Process
    • All creatives, designs, content, ads, websites, or campaigns will be shared with the client for review and approval.
    • Client approval must be provided in writing (email, WhatsApp, or official communication).
    • Work will move to the next stage or go live only after client approval.
  • 2. Approval Timeline
  • The client is expected to review and respond within a reasonable time frame.

Delay in approval may result in:

    • Delay in posting, campaign launch, or project delivery
    • Missed schedules or timelines

Webmakesite will not be responsible for delays caused due to late client approvals.

  • 3. Revisions Included
    • Limited revisions are included as per the selected service package.
    • Revisions must be related to the originally approved concept or scope of work.
    • Revision requests should be clear and shared in one consolidated message where possible.
  • 4. Additional Revisions
    • Any revision beyond the included limit or outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work.
    • Additional revisions may involve extra charges and extended timelines.
    • Such revisions will be executed only after client approval of applicable charges.
  • 5. Major Changes
  • The following will be treated as major changes:

    • Complete change in design, theme, or strategy after approval
    • New content or concept not discussed earlier
    • Platform or campaign change after execution

Major changes may require a revised scope of work, cost, and timeline.

  • 6. Auto-Approval Clause
  • If the client does not respond within a reasonable period after work is shared for approval, the work may be considered approved by default and scheduled or delivered accordingly.

  • 7. Completed & Approved Work
    • Once work is approved and delivered, no further revisions or changes will be entertained for that item.
    • Previously approved work cannot be reversed, replaced, or refunded.
  • 8. Platform & Policy Constraints
    • Some revisions may not be possible due to platform limitations, policies, or technical restrictions.
    • Webmakesite reserves the right to decline revision requests that violate platform rules or legal guidelines.
  • Acceptance
  • By availing Webmakesite’s digital marketing services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Client Approval & Revision Policy.
